Plaintiff was taken to Riker's Island where he stayed from June 1, 2017 until November 23, 2017. While in custody, Plaintiff was attacked and became depressed. Plaintiff got medical treatment for his injuries and mental health treatment while at Rikers. The criminal charges against Plaintiff were dismissed on or about March 6, 2018.
