While standing behind the door, Plaintiff asked Defendants if they had a warrant. Instead of responding, the Defendants repeatedly banged on Plaintiff's door, causing the metal door to break and injure the Plaintiff. Plaintiff opened the door and told the Defendants to stop because they were hurting him. The Defendants then unlawfully searched Plaintiff. The Defendants, using excessive force, placed Plaintiff in handcuffs and under arrest. Plaintiff again asked the Defendants if they had a warrant. In response, the Defendants struck his apartment door with an unidentified object. This object bounced off the door and struck Plaintiff's hands with such force that it fractured one of them. Plaintiff was transported to the precinct, where he requested medical attention and was denied. Plaintiff was then taken to central booking. All charges against Plaintiff were eventually dropped.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=uBG_PLUS_f8KcmskwFE0/4vANBw==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/6ZDD-jeanine-casado.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"60363","regular":"59428","overtime":"8936","other":"5483","total":"73848"},"id":"6ZDD","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/6ZDD"}
