Her son called the police, and when the police arrived, they arrested her son and escorted out of the apartment and into the building hallway.  Plaintiff closed her apartment door.  Shortly thereafter, a defendant officer kicked open plaintiff's front door, said that one of the other officers forgot a gun in the apartment, and then arrested plaintiff without any probable cause.  She was taken to the precinct, placed in a holding cell, and falsely accused by defendants, including officer Polanco, of committing various crimes. \n She was held in custody for over twenty-four (24) hours, and was informed that if she requested her anxiety medication, she would be held for an additional day.
