While Plaintiff was speaking with his friends, defendants Police Officers VELZEZ, BROWN and DOES approached one of Plaintiff's friends and arrested him. The Plaintiff attempted to video the actions of PO VELEZ, BROWN and DOES when he was tasered to his chest by the Defendants. The Defendants had no probable cause or reasonable suspicion that the plaintiff was engaged in an illegal activity. Despite the absence of any evidence of wrongdoing by the Plaintiff, the Defendants formally arrested the Plaintiff and transported him to the 43 precinct. After being held for several hours at the 43 precinct into a cell, Plaintiff was transported to Bronx County Central Booking where he was again placed into a cell with other prisoners.  The plaintiff was released from custody on March 15, 2021after the Office of the Bronx County District Attorney declined to prosecute the arrest.
