On September 25, 2016, Defendant William Castillo falsely asserted that Plaintiff falsely reported an incident regarding an assault that in fact did occur upon Plaintiff on August 24, 2016. Defendants unlawfully arrested, detained, imprisoned and searched Plaintiff and took his property. Plaintiff, being\naware of his unlawful confinement, was thereby caused freight, shock, emotional distress and physical consequences.
