They also searched Plaintiff's car without consent. No searches produced evidence of anything illegal. When Plaintiff inquired why his vehicle was being searched, a PO pushed him. When Plaintiff asked why he was being pushed, the PO pushed him again with greater force. Plaintiff attempted to protect himself, and ultimately numerous officers responded and attacked him. Plaintiff was slammed to the floor, where he was further beaten. The beating continued as Plaintiff was handcuffed. Plaintiff was transported to the 52nd Precinct, where his requests for medical assistance were ignored. After being held for 2 - 3 hours, Plaintiff was released with a summons for disorderly conduct and he sought medical treatment the next day.
