Shortly after they began driving, an unmarked police car pulled them over and forcibly pulled Plaintiff out of the car by his arm. Police Officers accused him of dealing drugs, placed him in handcuffs, and drove him to a police precinct. Plaintiff complained the handcuffs were too tight and caused him pain, but Defendants did not loosen them. At the precinct, Plaintiff was given a strip and visual cavity search, and was not given food or drink. He later was brought to Central Booking and later released without charges.\nOn March 8, 2013, Plaintiff was walking on the street when police officers threw him up against a wall and searched him, despite his protestations that he didn't have anything. They then brought him to a precinct and handcuffed him to a fence there, where Defendants injured him by pulling on the handcuffs. Defendants conducted a strip and visual cavity search and then brought him to a hospital, where a physician conducted a full-body cavity search and an x-ray. Although none of those searches revealed any contraband, Plaintiff was then brought back to the precinct and given another strip search.
