POs began to brutally and violently assault Plaintiff without provocation or legal justification. These actions caused Plaintiff to fall approximately six stories from the roof to the ground. As a result, Plaintiff almost died and suffered extreme, permanent injuries to his bodies including severe head trauma and multiple fractures to his legs, feet, back, and pelvis, rendering Plaintiff permanently disabled for the rest of his life. POs then transported Plaintiff to the hospital where he remained in police custody for approximately seven days before his arrested was voided or prosecution was declined.
