As a result of this argument, the police (Police Officers Michael Demonda, Louis Stephenson, Nicole Perl and Sgt. Nathan Mole and unknown officers) arrived at the business, and without investigation or hesitation, started to attack, assault and arrest the plaintiffs. NYPD officers beat the plaintiffs without justification or cause. Once arrested and transported to the precinct, officers ridiculed the plaintiffs with foul and racist language. One of the plaintiffs' case was dismissed after several court appearances while another plaintiff pled guilty to a misdemeanor charge and received three years probabtion.
