Nevertheless, Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested and brought to a precinct. Plaintiff was detained at the precinct for several hours before being transported to central booking. A prosecution against the Plaintiff was initiated by the DA, after Defendant's provided the DA with false or misleading information regarding the Plaintiff.  \nPlaintiff Perdono was arraigned on October 23, 2015 after spending 29 hours in custody. He was charged with criminal possession of controlled substances and possession of ammunition, despite the Defendants having recovered nothing from his person. Perdono was not immediately able to post bail.  Perdono was indicted by a grand jury on November 20, 2015.
