Kaye Allen, Ciriel Monsiel, the New York Hotel Management Company, Inc., and the Holy Spirit Association for the Unification of World Christianity attempted to illegally evict the Plaintiffs and changed the locks on the door. Sergeant Lemelledo, Shield #02705, Officer Sullivan, and Officer Crosby, each of the Midtown South Precinct, assisted Kaye Allen and Ciriel Monsiel in this process, even though they did not possess a warrant of eviction or a warrant for arrest of Plaintiffs. During the eviction, Plaintiffs were assaulted and battered while being detained and unlawfully arrested.\n\nPlaintiff Jacob Crawford, who is mentally disabled, was not released with mother and Plaintiff Annice Crawford. Plaintiff Jacob Crawford spent the next few days wandering the streets of New York and was found malnourished and dehydrated.
