Officers stated he was in possession of a controlled substance, and that he could \"figure it out at the prison.\" Officers stated that some of the prescription pills were not in original packaging and needed to be. Plaintiff 1 asked why he was being detained and was told that \"there are pills in the back, and you are inside of the car.\" Plaintiff 1 stated he did not know about the pills and officers said they would \"figure it all out when we get to the precinct.\" Officer Saline then said that the car had other violations, like stickers on the plates, only one screw on the plate, and that it was double parked. They again reassured plaintiffs that they would \"talk it over\" at the precinct. \n\nOne plaintiffs arrived at the precinct, they were taken to a room separately and asked if they knew anyone who had cocaine, guns, and that if they did have information on \"big time dealers\" that they would be released and not charged. They refused to look at Plaintiff 2's proof of his prescription. Plaintiffs were charged with narcotics with intent to sell. Officer Saline falsified reports, alleging that plaintiff 1 had admitted to taking the pills and smoking the marijuana and that he asked for forgiveness.
