Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking where he was searched again, subjected to a retina scan and further detained in a holding cell before being released following his arraignment. Defendants filled out false police reports and forwarded them to the Bronx DA and provided false information regarding the facts and circumstances of plaintiff’s arrest. Plaintiff spent 24 hours in custody and made over 20 court appearances during a 2.5 year period.
