During the arrest, Plaintiff was physically assaulted by the NYPD officers, which led to a nasal fracture and permanent related physical complications. Plaintiff did nothing to prevent his unjustifiable arrest and physical injuries. Plaintiff was confined for about 2 weeks, or until January 22, 2014, after he plead guilty to CPL 240.20. Plaintiff spent additional time in confinement as a result of a parole violation arising from this incident.
