TSA officers accompanied the Plaintiff to the 42nd Precinct where he was detained and interrogated. Based on material misrepresentation, Defendants officers John Doe 1 and John Doe 2 obtained a search warrant of Plaintiff's home. The search caused psychological distress to Plaintiff's family and harm to Plaintiff's reputation. The search was performed even though Plaintiff had an alibi, confirmed by a surveillance video, placing him elsewhere at the time of the homicide. Plaintiff was released from the precinct without being charged.
