Plaintiff was taken back to the 83rd Precinct, where the officers falsely informed employees of the Kings County DA’s Office they had observed Plaintiff commit various crimes and prepared false paperwork including an arrest report. The officers did not observe Plaintiff commit a crime. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking. \nOn July 23, 2012, Plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court and released on her own recognizance after about 36 hours in custody. Upon release, Plaintiff still in pain, returned to Wykoff Hospital for further treatment.
