Plaintiff was waiting for another vehicle to pull out of a parking spot so he could park the Honda Civic, when a police vehicle pulled in front of him, blocking his way. Four defendant police officers CHRISOVA KOUIMANIS, BRIAN RICCI, ROBERT FIGUEIRA and unknown office exited the vehicle, guns drawn, and approached the plaintiff’s vehicle.  Defendant officers then pulled the plaintiff out of the car and threw him up against the hood of the car, causing physical injury. Defendant officers began to arrest the plaintiff, subjecting him to unlawful pat-down search and tightly restraining him with metal handcuffs. He and the car were unlawfully searched, and he was then transported to the 72nd Precinct where he was unlawfully fingerprinted, photographed, and placed in a holding cell. Defendant officers showed Plaintiff a gun in an evidence bag, but Plaintiff denied any knowledge of the weapon and maintained that he had never seen it. After 12h, he was transported to Central Booking while defendants provided false information stating that he was engaged in Criminal Possession of firearm.
