They handcuffed her without probable cause and transported her to a police precinct. At the precinct, the officers falsely informed the Kings County District Attorney's Office that plaintiff had committed several crimes, including multiple counts of assault. Plaintiff was arraigned in Kings County Criminal Court, where she was released on her own recognizance after approximately seventeen hours in custody.
