They did not have valid search warrant or any legal justification to enter plaintiff’s apartment—they searched the apartment complex based on information provided by a Confidential Informant.\n\nDefendant officers intentionally obtained an overly broad search warrant to search the entire apartment building at 482 Monroe St. and did not inform the judge that the search warrant was not for a private one family home. Defendant officer’s woke plaintiff out his sleep by pointing their guns at plaintiff’s head and shining their flashlights into his eyes while shouting obscenities. They searched plaintiff’s apartment and they arrested plaintiff althought they did not recover an illegal drugs, weapons, or contraband. \n\nPlaintiff was strip searched at the 81st Precinct and then transported to Kings County Central Booking. Defendant officers provided the District Attorney’s Office with false, fabricated, misleading evidence to justify arresting and prosecuting plaintiff although they found drugs in other tenants apartments. Defendant officer’s denied plaintiff the right to a fair trial and plaintiff was required to make 7 court apperances in King County Criminal Court before all criminal charges were dismissed and sealed on November 20, 2017.
