Plaintiff suspected his wife had intentionally locked him out due to estrangement. Plaintiff called 911 to file a police report. After an hour Defendant Dennis and Doe arrived. After speaking with Plaintiff for a short while, Ms. Suazo came out of the house and invited the Defendants in to talk leaving Plaintiff outside. after about 5 min Defendants came out of the house and arrested Plaintiff. while being handcuffed Plaintiff asked why he was being arrested, Defendants gave no explanation. Plaintiff was taken to the 48th precinct and processed. after 2 hours he was sent to central booking and again processed. he was released after 6 hours without any charges. he was never arraigned nor appeared in court. before leaving central booking he asked for a police report, he was told the NYPD did not possess one. \n\nOn Sept. 16, 2019, Plaintiff went to Bronx Criminal Court for a copy of his arrest report. He was given a letter which stated his arrest was not docketed and no criminal charges were filed. On Sept. 13, 2019, Plaintiff received a letter from his employer stating that he had been arrested for criminal mischief and harassment. his employer told him that he needed to show the original Certificate of Disposition showing the end of the criminal matter till then he was suspended pending the resolution of the matter.
