Plaintiff was transported with his hands cuffed behind his back to the 77th precinct, where he was interrogated about a gunpoint robbery that had occurred on September 23, 2020.  After 24 hours at the precinct, Plaintiff was transported to King's County Central Booking, where Defendant officers provided the KC DA with false, misleading, and/or incomplete information.
