Officer Ryan McGuiness kicked him in the back while he was on the ground. Officers Oliveri, Payne, Evense, Legare, Bass, and Amundsen handcuffed Mr. Maggio's  too tightly and put him in a sitting position. Officer McGuinness un-holstered his taser  \"in a threatening manner\" while smirking at Mr. Maggio, and repeatedly poked him in the chest with his finger. \n\nMr. Maggio began to have symptoms consistent with a heart attack and was strapped to a gurney. Officer McGuiness punched Mr. Maggio in the ribs while he was on the gurney. Mr. Maggio remained in handcuffs until he was seen by a physician at the hospital despite asking repeatedly for them to be loosened.
