Plaintiff fell to the ground, and Defendant John Doe 1 put his knee on the back of Plaintiff's neck. \n\nInstead of immediately providing Plaintiff with medical treatment, the Defendants made Plaintiff sit with his hands rear cuffed for twenty minutes before placing him in a cell. Plaintiff was not provided a phone call or food and was taken to Central Booking where he was wrongfully detained for approximately 40 hours.
