Hurry up and get out of the street\". Then defendant doe no. 2 ripped a Puerto Rican flag out of plaintiff Colon's hand. Doe 1 and 2 then threw Colon face first onto the sidewalk. Doe 1 planted his knee into Colon's upper back while doe 2 pepper sprayed plaintiff seven or eight times and repeatedly struck the plaintiffs right side with a baton. the plaintiff was handcuffed behind his back with excessive tightness.
