Plaintiff Hydara was taken to Central Booking and kept in a holding cell with other males who harassed him and which lacked a functioning toilet. All Plaintiffs were maliciously prosecuted. The summons for Plaintiffs Diallo and Sankaray were dismissed on August 20, 2014, and the case against Plaintiff Hydara was declined to be prosecuted on June 14, 2014.
