Defendants searched Plaintiff’s person by shoving their hands into his clothes and intimate areas. Defendants grabbed Plaintiff about his body, before contorting his arms behind his back and applied metal handcuffs in a tight fashion. Plaintiff requested the handcuffs be loosened, but defendants ignored his pleas. Defendants placed Plaintiff in a police vehicle and transported him to the 23rd Precinct where he was strip-searched with cavity inspection, and interrogated without presence of counsel and being Mirandized. Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking. On September 10, 2023, plaintiff was released from custody, after arraignment. Defendant signed a criminal complaint to the DA, in which he affirmed fabricated allegations against Plaintiff.
