Plaintiff was peaceful, cooperative, and agreed to follow POs instructions. Thereafter John Does 1-4 arrived at the premises and, without conferring with POs Hernandez and Ortiz, grabbed Plaintiff to arrest her. POs Hernandez and Ortiz did not inform the other officers the situation was under control and instead immediately joined in the physical grabbing and arresting of Plaintiff. During the course of the arrest, POs Hernandez, Ortiz, and unnamed officers fractured her right arm/shoulder, threatened and attempted to taser Plaintiff's abdomen after she told them she was pregnant and asked them not to for the sake of her baby, and threw and forced Plaintiff to the floor onto her pregnant stomach by kicking out her legs and pushing her to the floor causing the death of her baby.
