POs targeted Plaintiff because of their bias against African American or black females, which Plaintiff is and which matches patterns of illegal conduct engaged in by the NYPD. POs then conducted an illegal search of Plaintiff by aggressively shoving their hands into her clothes and intimate areas before contorting her arms into painfully-tight handcuffs that left Plaintiff bruised and swollen. Plaintiff's request that the handcuffs be loosened was ignored.\n\nPOs then transported Plaintiff to the 77th Precinct where she was fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched with a cavity inspection, questioned as to her pedigree, and illegally interrogated without the presence of counsel (despite her request) and a Miranda warning. Plaintiff was then taken to Central Booking before ultimately being released after approximately 20 hours in police custody. While Plaintiff was incarcerated PO Martinez signed and forwarded a criminal court complaint in which she knowingly affirmed the truth of the fabricated allegations against Plaintiff, triggering a malicious prosecution. Ultimately all charges against Plaintiff were unconditionally dismissed due to lack of probable cause.","documents":[{"url":"https://web.archive.org/web/20240821223753/https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=pf6rWfRvfL/L1jnqwGnOQA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"59065","regular":"58261","overtime":"16113","other":"5101","total":"79474"},"id":"8JH9","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/8JH9"}
