They pressed all of their knees into his back as he lay on the ground cuffed. They unlawfully detained him for a further 15 minutes until medical help arrived. Plaintiff's vehicle was searched for contrabands, but nothing was found. Plaintiff's plea to loosen the handcuffs was ignored. Defendant, then physically assaulted and battered Plaintiff by jerking and yanking his arms behind his back while handcuffing him, slamming him against the metal hood of a nearby vehicle, and then punching and/or striking him in the face, head, and body with closed fists, causing Plaintiff to experience increased substantial pain, injury to his left pinky, head, arms, and shoulders, shock, extreme mental anguish, and significant emotional distress. Defendants, then continued to physically batter and assault Plaintiff by tackling him to the ground, kicking and punching him about his head and body, and pressing their knees and combined weight upon his back , causing Plaintiff to suffer continued substantial pain, to have his chest come into forceful contact with the hardened concrete ground, injury to his back, the aggravation of his injuries sustained just prior, shock, additional mental anguish, and significant emotional distress. The plaintiff was then detained, transported to a hospital, and later held in custody for four days, during which he was strip-searched, interrogated without counsel, and kept in poor conditions. The officers fabricated allegations to justify the plaintiff’s arrest and used excessive force which was motivated by racial bias. False arrest led to an unlawful prosecution. The charges were eventually dismissed on February 17, 2022, due to lack of probable cause. When Plaintiff Hudson stopped by Plaintiff’s yelling, he was then punched in the eye while a Taser was pointed in his face. P.O. threw Plaintiff Hudson into a cage as he was searched again in the 73rd Precinct.  Plaintiff Hudson was detained in a cell filled with feces, urines, old food, and roaches.  During his illegal detention for 16 hours, Plaintiff Hudson was barefoot and bleeding from the back of his mouth. Plaintiff Hudson was spitting blood as he was refused medical treatment.
