All three plaintiffs were wearing Arrow Security employees clothing. All persons looking to enter the shelter were required to show identification to Arrow Security employees. When defendant Advisor to Mayor Timothy Pearson (Tax # 874612) and Detective Joseph Raffaele (Tax # 933220) entered the shelter without providing identifications, plaintiff security employees requested defendant showing identifications. However, defendant Timothy Pearson shoved plaintiff in the chest. Defendant Pearson then grabbed another plaintiff by her neck and squeezed her neck with his hands and shoved her backwards, causing her to fall against a counter and experience substantial pain to her neck and back. Defendant Timothy Pearson stated “Bitch, do you know who I am?” to plaintiffs. Defendant Pearson then shoved the third plaintiff causing her to be thrown against a wall and onto the floor. Defendant Tomothy Pearson, Detective Joseph Raffaele, Police officer Steven Vitucci (Sheild 8837) threw a plaintiff to the ground, handcuffed, and arrested him. Plaintiffs, employees of Arrow security, were charged with Obstructing Government Administration in the Second Degree.
