Plaintiff was subsequently transported to the New Police Service Area #5, which is tasked with policing New York City Housing Developments in the 23rd, 25th, and 28th Precincts.  At PSA#5, Plaintiff was offered medical services and treated by EMS for his injuries.  Plaintiff was placed in a holding cell for one hour before being released with a summons for failure to disperse.  After being released from PSA#5, Plaintiff was treated at Harlem Hospital for 4 hours on March 8, 2015, for the injuries inflicted by the Defendant Officers during Plaintiff's arrest.
