Plaintiff was lawfully present at the park protesting an anti transgender protest along with other transgender allies. The Defendant officers including Defendant Inspector Magee, John Does 1-3, and some or all of the other Defendants violently yanked, grabbed, and twisted Plaintiff's arms, ultimately causing injuries including a fractured elbow. At this point plaintiff was put in excessively tight handcuffs and unlawfully arrested without warning or probable cause. Plaintiff repeatedly requested the handcuffs be loosened, but this request was denied. During Plaintiff's time in custody he was refused his phone call, denied the rights of other similarly situated individuals, unlawfully searched four separate times, put in close proximity to unmasked officers and detainees, and had their gender identity ignored.
