One of the defendants ordered all occupants to exit the vehicle. Defendant Crichlow and one other defendant searched Plaintiff at the scene of this stop and determined he was not in possession of any weapons, nor was he alleged to have committed a crime. Despite this, Plaintiff was taken to NYPD's 90th Precinct. Defendants Cruz, Crichlow, Scalici, Howe, and Grullon searched Plaintiff's person and property again on at least two additional occasions. Plaintiff was then taken to an interrogation room by Defendant Jalbrzykowski and Defendant Doe #1 who identified herself as \"Police Officer Rivera.\"  After invoking his miranda rights, Plaintiff was taken to a holding cell where he was again searched. This time, Defendant Galindo-Sanchez reached inside Plaintiff's waistband and located a clear bag containing pulls. Upon this finding, Defendants Galindo-Sanchez, Grullon, Howe, Scalici, and Does # 3-5 threw Plaintiff to the ground. \n\nDefendants Galindo-Sanchez, Grullon, Howe, and Scalici struck Plaintiff repeatedly, twisted his arms, applied overly tight handcuffs, and dragged him into a nearby precinct bathroom while detained witnesses pleaded with Defendants to stop their assault. Upon information and belief, these Defendants intentionally dragged Plaintiff to the bathroom because it is an area where there are no mounted precinct cameras, and footage revealed that NYPD Defendants also deactivated their body-worn cameras at the same time. Once inside the bathroom, at least four NYPD Defendants, including Defendant Galindo-Sanchez, pinned Plaintiff to the ground and forcibly removed his underwear. Defendant Galindo-Sanchez further assaulted Plaintiff by conducting a forcible anal cavity search, no contraband was recovered. Defendants, including Defendant Galindo-Sanchez, fabricated evidence by falsely representing the circumstances of Plaintiff's arrest to prosecutors to suggest cause permitting a lawful seizure; by falsely representing the cause for Defendants' approach of Plaintiff; by providing fabricated evidence to prosecutors; by falsely informing prosecutors that the search of Plaintiff had been lawful; and many other violations. At the hospital, Defendants falsely told physicians Plaintiff Husband was drunk and sustained his head injuries by banging his head on the wall. Defendant Officers falsely told the Kings County District Attorney's Office that Plaintiff Husband assaulted his wife, threatened to kill innocent bystanders, was in possession of a weapon, and resisted a lawful arrest. The search turned up nothing illegal, but the officer nonetheless handcuffed Plaintiff 1.  When Plaintiff 1 asked why he was being arrested, the officer stated, \"I don't know. We'll find out at the station.\"  Another officer searched Plaintiff 2 and placed him up against a fence as he continued to search his person.  The officer then began to punch Plaintiff 2 on his face, threw him to the ground, and arrested him.  Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct and placed in separate holding sells.  One of the officers subjected Plaintiff 1 to a strip search, and no contraband was found.  Plaintiff 1 was released from the precinct without any paperwork after about 2-3 hours. \n\nP.O. Howe requested and received authorization from Sgt. Delaney to conduct a strip search of Plaintiff 2.  When Plaintiff 2 protested, P.O. Howe punched him in the head.  Plaintiff 2 had to be taken to a medical center to receive treatment for his injuries.  Afterward, he was taken to Central Booking, where the conditions were horrific -- there were feces throughout the holding cells, the food was inedible, and there was no place to sleep.
