Plaintiff entered MSG through a side door that did not have security personnel stationed there at the time. Plaintiff made it to the designated seat and enjoyed the first set of the performance without incident. During the intermission, security officers from MSG approached Plaintiff and asked to show them the ticket. Plaintiff complied and provided the ticket, which was valid for the event. Despite presenting a valid ticket, Plaintiff was taken to the MSG security office for further questioning. During this time, a security employee falsely accused Plaintiff of entering MSG through an emergency exit without a ticket. Based on this false accusation, NYPD Officer Joel Mottola arrested Plaintiff for criminal trespass, even though Plaintiff had not committed any crime. Plaintiff was handcuffed tightly, which caused a discomfort, and Plaintiff was taken into custody where Plaintiff received a desk appearance ticket.\n\nFollowing the arrest, Plaintiff was subjected to criminal charges of trespassing. However, after further review of the evidence, the charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=0ctIE3WFpEY519Qa0q6TZA==","type":"complaint"}]}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/8ZQ5-joel-mottola.jpg","payroll":{"salary":"118056","regular":"108828","overtime":"56570","other":"16245","total":"181643"},"email":"joel.mottola@nypd.org","id":"8ZQ5","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/8ZQ5"}
