When Plaintiffs complied, the POs approached the vehicle with weapons drawn and aimed at their persons, forcibly demanding that they exit the vehicle. The POs accused Plaintiff 1 of a criminal offense and handcuffed his wrists behind his back, ignoring his cries that they were too tight. The POs then conducted an illegal search of his person and the vehicle. They placed Plaintiff 1 in the police vehicle and transported him to the precinct, then Central Booking, then Rikers until he was released from custody on May 30, 2019. \nThe POs also placed Plaintiff 2 in a police vehicle and transported her to the Manhattan Office of the Internal Affairs Bureau, where she was interrogated without counsel. She was also forced to give a sample of her hair for DNA testing, and ordered to resign from her post as an NYPD School Safety Agent. The POs handcuffed her wrists behind her back, ignoring her complaints that they were too tight. They then transported her to the precinct, then Central Booking, then Rikers until she was released from custody on May 9, 2019. On that same day, inside the lobby of a residence building, the POs stopped, seized, searched, and arrested Plaintiff 2 for no reason. The POs demanded more of her hair for DNA testing. Plaintiff 2 demanded to speak with her attorney, which the POs ignored. The POs also kicked in the door of Plaintiffs' residence and unlawfully searched it.  All adverse charges against both Plaintiffs were dismissed and sealed on April 6, 2022.","documents":[{"url":"https://iapps.courts.state.ny.us/nyscef/ViewDocument?docIndex=4IKKS3NTRAu0QrtRfycU_PLUS_g==","type":"complaint"}]}],"payroll":{"salary":"121048","regular":"120644","overtime":"27381","other":"17069","total":"165094"},"id":"92GT","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/92GT"}
