Defendant Officer Michael Calloway made a false statement to the Criminal Court, stating that undercover agents had related to him that Plaintiff was involved in a drug deal that took place in the lobby of his family's residence. Plaintiff taken to the 33rd Precinct and released later that same day. When she returned to her apartment she encountered narcotics officers, who shoved a warrant so close to her face she was unable to read it. Plaintiff Cabrera urinated on the spot from fright as officers continued to ransack her apartment. POs ultimately took $3,800 in cash from the apartment and did not provide a property receipt. Plaintiff Cabrera submitted a complaint regarding this theft. \n\nOn August 16, 2013 Det. South and Sgt. Nicole again broke the door to Plaintiff Cabrera's apartment while she was negligibly dressed, throwing a flash grenade as they entered. Det. South demanded to know who called Internal Affairs on him regarding his conduct on July 18, 2013. POs intentionally removed the toilet bowl and broke it over Plaintiff Hedian's bed. They further took photographs from around the apartment and put the under a pile of urine and feces. POs also stole $1,200 of Plaintiff Hedian's money and $40 of her son's money without providing a property receipt. \n\nDet. South and Sgt. Nicole planted cocaine Plaintiff Cabrera's nightstand then slammed Plaintiff against a wall as she was handcuffed with her genitals exposed in front of several men. POs confiscated Plaintiff's money and iPhone and refused to provide property receipts. Plaintiff Santana was also present on August 16, 2013 and was also arrested. Plaintiffs were taken to the 33rd Precinct. There Plaintiff Santana asked why she was being detained and PO Sosa told her if she did not shut up \"I will tell them you're pregnant, and crazy, and you'll end up in Bellevue.\" Plaintiff Santana was released a few hours later without explanation. Griffin underwent a humiliating strip search, including a humiliating and degrading strip and visual body cavity search, in which he was forced against his will to take all his clothes off, squat, spread his buttocks and cough. Griffin was brought before a judged and arraigned on a felony complaint which charged him with Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance in Third Degree, and Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substanced on or NEar School Ground. In the respective complaint, Detective HIller, who was designated as the arresting officer, stated that he was informed by an undercover detective that the latter observed Mr. Griffin and Xavier Jackson \"acting in concert, hand separately charged Ruth Bennette Crack cocaine in exchange for U.S. currency. \n\nOn information and belief, based on the New York District Attorney’s Voluntary Disclosure Form prepared by Assistant District Attorney Craig Ascher, and the questions asked of Mr. Griffin by ADA Ascher in the grand jury, Detective Hiller and/or other of the Individual Defendants told ADA Ascher that they observed Mr. Griffin selling drugs on West 114th Street between Seventh and Eighth Avenues. Any such information implicating Mr. Griffin in the sale of drugs to Ms. Bennette was false. Griffin was arraigned and remained incarcerated until his release on January 18, 2012, with his case dismissed on December 18, 2012.
