Defendants arrived and wrongfully and with violence arrested despite the fact that he had not committed any crime or violation of the law and had not been accused of such by any identified, credible witnesses.\nPlaintiff was then transported to the 1st Precinct, where he was criminally processed, fingerprinted, photographed, strip-searched with an attendant cavity inspection or other intrusive bodily  inspection and retina scanned.
