Soon after, four to six officers appeared on the scenes. Plaintiff put his hands up, and without warning, defendant officer John Doe slammed Plaintiff onto the ground. Several onlookers informed the officers that the other individual was the one who initiated the violence. Defendant officer John Doe then brought the Plaintiff to the precinct, where they began to repeatedly push the Plaintiff's head on the desk. They also raised up the Plaintiff's arms behind his back while he was handcuffed, causing further pain. Plaintiff was treated for their injuries, and while receiving initial treatment, EMS personnel said that an officer had told them the other individual, not the Plaintiff, initiated the violence. Plaintiff was taken to Bronx Lebanon Hospital where they were diagnosed with a concussion, and later informed they were being arrested. Plaintiff was taken to Central Booking that night, and asked for the officers to loosen their handcuffs as they were too tight and causing bruising.
