The officers tightly handcuffed Plaintiff and slammed him on the hood of the car. \n\nPlaintiff was taken to the precinct and asked for medical attention because he was in pain due to tight handcuffs and excessively rough manner in which he was treated. EMS responded to the precinct and transported Plaintiff to the hospital. Plaintiff was kept in handcuffs and iron leg shackles in the ambulance. Plaintiff was treated at the hospital, and then taken back to the precinct until October 14, 2014 at 3:00 PM when he was arraigned and released. The officers provided false information to the DA's office and maliciously prosecuted Plaintiff. As a result of the handcuffs and excessive force, Plaintiff suffered a broken wrist.
