At the precinct, Plaintiff was questioned  and charged with violating a criminal weapons charge, after a weapon was found during a search of the van. After being transported to Central Booking, Plaintiff was released and the Queens County DA declined to prosecute.\nOn April 7, 2011, Plaintiff was walking along the street with four other boys, when they were commanded to stop by defendant Grup and other officers. Plaintiff was instructed to place his hands on the wall, and his pants and jacket pockets were searched, then told to kneel down. Plaintiff was then arrested. At the precinct, Plaintiff was informed he had been picked out for a robbery that occurred 15 minutes prior.
