The plaintiff remained in custody for approximately 5 days. The defendants falsely fabricated claims to the DA, accusing the plaintiff of criminal possession of a forged instrument, criminal possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of marijuana in the second degree, and other related charges. All charges were dismissed in favor of the plaintiff on November 4, 2020.
