Defendant Chambers phoned plaintiff's mother, Colina Garnett, and told her to come to school immediately to discuss the incident. While leaving her home, Colina Garnett received a phone call that she should pick up her son from the 69th precinct instead because defendant Chambers had decided to \"\"scare\"\" and \"\"make an example\"\" of her 10 year old son.\nDefendant Chambers then called 2 uniformed police officers employed by defendant New York City Police Department, who arrested plaintiff Chambers, placed him in a police vehicle and drove him to the precinct.\nOn March 22, 2012, defendants Chambers and Stein called NYPD officers to arrest 10-year-old plaintiff Malik Ali for alleged involvement in the same washable paint incident.
