Plaintiff was handcuffed and arrested for fraudulent accosting and unlawful possession of marijuana, despite the lack of reasonable grounds or probable cause. Plaintiff was taken to the precinct, subjected to a strip-search, and then taken to central booking where he was processed. \n\nOfficers Esposito, Karpathakis and Milmore initiated criminal proceedings against Plaintiff where they falsified evidence and withheld exculpatory evidence. Plaintiff was arraigned and incarcerated from October 4, 2012 to October 13, 2012. On June 18, 2013, all charges against Plaintiff were dismissed.
