Meyer with IAB in April of 2016. On May 15, 2016, Plaintiff Gorin, who was 16 at the time, saw Lt. Meyer approaching him outside the building. Plaintiff Gorin attempted to walk away from the officers, but Lt. Meyer followed him, pushed him against a wall and threatened to spray him with a chemical spray canister. Plaintiff Reyes and Plaintiff Segar began to film the interaction. Lt. Meyer sprayed Plaintiff Gorin, while other officers blocked the camera's line of sight. Lt. Meyer then allegedly said, \"take them all\" and began to spray his chemical spray at Plaintiffs Reyes and Segar. Officers then pushed Plaintiff Reyes, who was 10 weeks pregnant at the time, up against a wall. The three plaintiffs were then arrested and placed in a police vehicle. Plaintiff Reyes then started bleeding between her legs and requested immediate medical treatment, however, was denied. Plaintiffs were also denied access to water to clean their faces at the 41st Precinct. Plaintiff Reyes was then transported to a hospital where she had been diagnosed with a miscarriage.","documents":[{"url":"https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.478390/gov.uscourts.nysd.478390.12.0.pdf","type":"complaint"}],"url":"https://www.courtlistener.com/docket/6235354/reyes-v-city-of-new-york/"}],"documents":[{"url":"https://www.documentcloud.org/documents/24441170-bronx-notified-officers-list-edited_redacted-redacted_redacted","type":"credibility-finding"}],"image":"https://www.50-a.org/images/officer/9KRB-raymond-meyer.jpg","news":[{"title":"NYPD cops caused miscarriage after roughing up woman: suit","url":"https://nypost.com/2017/08/01/nypd-cops-caused-miscarriage-after-roughing-up-woman-suit/","source":"New York Post","date":"2017-08-01"},{"title":"Bronx woman claims cop harassed her twice, caused miscarriage after he tossed her against wall","url":"http://www.nydailynews.com/new-york/woman-claims-suffered-miscarriage-roughed-article-1.3375914","source":"New York Daily News","date":"2017-08-01"}],"id":"9KRB","url":"https://www.50-a.org/officer/9KRB"}
