Based on these false allegations, Plaintiff was charged and sent to Rikers Island for several weeks. Plaintiff was prosecuted and forced to make several court appearances before the false charges were dismissed. Plaintiff was willfully and intentionally subjected to physical force. Plaintiff was falsely imprisoned after he was falsely arrested with unlawful search.
