Defendants maliciously prosecuted the Plaintiff. \n\nDefendant Sergeant Forrest Hirsh intentionally and unlawfully obtained an\noverly broad search warrant to search the entire building failing\nto inform the judge the building was not a private one family\nhome. He also failed to state his informant had no track record of being a confidential informant as well as failed to verify any information. He was therefore transported to Riker's Island until July 12th, 2014.
