The four other Defendants assisted in the investigation that led to the arrest of Plaintiff. \nDefendants then brought Plaintiff to a police station in the County of Bronx and there charged him with the crimes. Plaintiff was subsequently held in custody at Bronx Central Booking over approximately 26 hours until his release. The Assistant D.A. ultimately declined to prosecute the matter.
