Plaintiff asked that the handcuffs be loosed but the officers refused. Later that day, Plaintiff was denied his request to have an attorney present at a improper and unlawful lineup. Plaintiff was then maliciously and falsely charged with armed robbery when in fact no reasonable person could have believed based on the evidence available at the time that Plaintiff had engaged in any unlawful conduct. Plaintiff was then transported to Riker's Island where he was wrongfully put into Solitary Confinement more than 10 times and experienced correctional officer violence and harassment. On March 15, 2012, Plaintiff's first trial commenced, which resulted in a hung jury. In an abuse or process, Plaintiff was denied release on March 23, 2012.
