BURGHER, PO PAICHECO, JOHNSON, and RODRIGUEZ knocked the phone out of Plaintiff’s hand and pushed up to the stairs, falling forward and breaking Plaintiff’s fall with his left arm extended. Sgt. BURGHER, PO PAICHECO, JOHNSON, and RODRIGUEZ pushed numerous times. Sgt. Burgher then grabbed Plaintiff by the back of his shirt and left arm, dragging Plaintiff up to the stairs by his left arm and right collar. The Plaintiff was then taken to NYPD-Transit District 32. Per the Plaintiff’s request, the Plaintiff’s hospital was for 4 hours. The Plaintiff was back to Transit District 32, and then the Plaintiff was transported to Central Booking with the false charge of Disorderly Conduct and Obstructing Governmental Administration.
