Plaintiff was forced to appear in Court on 2 occasions before all charges against plaintiff were dismissed and sealed on March 7, 2018. Plaintiff was deprived of his constitutional rights when the individual defendants unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, searched, confined, falsely arrested, maliciously prosecuted and denied plaintiff the right to a fair trial.
